A British re-enactor re-enacting the other side. Some actors claim playing the "bad guys" is more fun - seems many re-enactors think along the same lines as German Uniforms (including SS) seem to always out number the combine Allied re-enactors.

Note for the faint-hearted :) - Re-enactors such as this fine gentleman do not tolerate any sympathetic feelings towards Nazism. Any one caught even thinking a party salute is "ok" is soon put right, or indeed removed from the group.

Something about the post work makes him look a bit like a waxwork :(

Guess it does look a little like that yes. I did several versions and this one looked the best though, so it might just be a combination of the light and other factors in this case. I could do it as a BW image, and it would look good, but I liked the colours :P

Nice picture mate, shows the level of detail these guys go to to get their uniform right.

I agree on that, but over here in Belgium we can't convince groups (like my own) to use german uniforms just for a scene. They still think that if u wear the uniform u have sympathies. It's a shame really, my friend and I would love to do some Wehrmacht/Fallschirmjäger, for scenes
